3. SMS Messaging Program
Soul Centered Marketing operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients, prospects, and opted-in contacts.
What we send:
Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
Follow-up messages related to inquiries or services
Marketing tips, offers, and business growth content
Updates related to your engagement with us
How to opt in:
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through a form on our website, responding to an opt-in prompt via Instagram DM, or providing verbal or written consent during a consultation.
How to opt out:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive email communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or at the point of purchase. By purchasing a service you agree to the payment schedule specified at that time.
Due to the nature of our services (digital, time-based, and custom), we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have concerns about your engagement, please contact us directly and we will work to find a resolution.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, and deliverables created by Soul Centered Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, applicable deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary frameworks, templates, or training materials without written permission.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients agree to:
Provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in the project timeline
Supply necessary assets, access, and information when requested
Communicate openly about goals, concerns, and changes in direction
Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and deliverables.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soul Centered Marketing provides services and strategies based on industry best practices and our professional experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results including follower counts, lead volume, revenue, or business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
8. Third Party Platforms
Our services often involve third-party platforms including Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Squarespace, and others. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, or decisions made by these platforms that may affect your results or campaigns.
